WHO ARE CONVEII?

Conveii is a premium conveyancing practice in New South Wales, established by our Director, Daniel Simonetta.

Daniel is a Licensed Conveyancer and NSW Justice of The Peace.

Daniel has over a decade of experience in property law and conveyancing, including purchases of houses, purchases of units, purchases of townhouses, sales of houses, sales of units, sales of townhouses, large scale off the plan developments for strata units and vacant land subdivisions, strata by laws and agendas, first home buyers, transfers between husband and wife, transfers between related parties, positive covenants, restrictions on the use of land, on-site detention tanks consents and registrations, stamp duty, licence agreements, leases, and terminating strata schemes.

Daniel is also a consultant for two well-established law firms located in Sydney.

Daniel has completed Law & Practice (Maq.) and Bachelor of Arts (USyd.)
